How it works (in plain English)
What you’re actually buying
You’re reserving your portion of one identified animal. Final price is confirmed once the beast is processed and carcass weight is known.
How the deposit works
Your deposit secures your place in the next available run. Once carcass weight is confirmed, we invoice the balance. Final payment is due before we pack your order.
Choosing your cuts
After you order, we send you a cut sheet. You tell us how you want your beef cut — steak thickness, roast sizes, mince portions, sausages. We pass it on to the butcher and pack to your specs.
Delivery
Your order is packed chilled and delivered to your door in insulated cartons. We confirm timing once your beast is processed.
